Photo exhibition on temple

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  A photo exhibition on the rituals and customs of the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple, which has shot to prominence with the discovery of vast riches in its vaults, has opened at the Kanakakkunnu Palace in the city. Featured at the event are photographs on ‘Velakali’, ‘Arattu’ and several old pictures. The exhibition is being conducted in connection with Onam celebrations and is organised by freelance photographer Ajayan Aruvippuram. The exhibition which started on Thursday will be on till September 12.
