BANGALORE: The National Law School of India (University) has started this year’s round of fests with Rampart 2011, a platform for aspiring youths to show their talents. Popular Vedic Metal band Rudra will perform on November 27. The fest had attracted 1000 students from 50 colleges from the country in the past.
