Malayalam cinema has been on the rise, producing some of the most engaging content. Another film is in the news for its content. The film is titled Varshangalkku Shesham. It is directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan and stars Pranav Mohanlal and Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead roles. There has been a lot of hype for the project, as it is the sixth film by the director. The teaser of the release has been getting a lot of attention from the masses after it was released on Tuesday. The teaser of Varshangalkku Shesham begins by depicting Dhyan Sreenivasan’s character leaving his hometown and shifting to Madras to fulfil his dream of becoming an actor. As the teaser unfolds, it becomes evident that the film is set in the past. During the struggling days, the character of Dhyan Sreenivasan meets Pranav Mohanlal and many other aspiring actors who have come to Tamil Nadu to try their luck in the film industry. In the amusing moments in their lives, the teaser also introduces many other actors who will be seen playing pivotal roles in the film including Shaan Rahman, Y Gee Mahendra, Aju Varghese, Neeta Pillai, and Kalyani Priyadarshan.
The teaser also shows cameo appearances of Neeraj Madhav, director Basil Joseph and Nivin Pauly, all of whom contribute to the film’s humorous charm. The teaser ends with Nivin Paully randomly yelling the words, “Caucus! Belt!" Groupism! Favouritism! Nepotism!" Apart from that, it also appears that Varshangalkku Shesham will include scenes from the present day. As per reports, the film is expected to enter theatres on April 11.
Varshangalkku Shesham is produced by Visakh Subramaniam under the banner of Merryland Cinemas. The highly anticipated project includes music and an original background score by Amrit Ramnath. The cinematography of the film is by Viswajith Odukkathil, and the editing department is handled by Ranjan Abraham. Earlier, the film’s poster also received a great response from the audience.
