AAP to take final call on government formation in Delhi on Monday 11 am
The current trends in a referendum carried out by the AAP showed that more people are in favour of the party forming the government in Delhi.

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party will announce its decision on government formation in Delhi at 11 am on Monday. After making the decision public on whether AAP will take Congress support or not, party's National Convener Arvind Kejriwal will meet Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung at 12:30 pm.

The AAP has conducted meetings in 272 wards of Delhi and compiled SMSes and web responses by Sunday evening. While these cannot be called a referendum, the opinion of the people is visibly in favour of the party forming the government.

Bringing an end to the speculation of re-election, Delhi is likely to get its new Chief Minister soon as the AAP has indicated that it may form the government.

The current trends in a referendum carried out by the AAP for over a week showed that more people are in favour of the AAP forming the government as opposed to those who are against the move.

AAP's chief ministerial candidate Arvind Kejriwal in a public meeting on Sunday indicated that he is likely to form the government with the support of Congress.

"If all of you favour to form government, we will form the government," Kejriwal said at a public rally at Gole Market on Sunday.

"The final decision will be announced on Monday. We don't know yet. We will come to know the results by Sunday night. We will apprise the media of the results. The MLAs will decide who will be the Chief Minister," he said.

It seems after gauging public meetings across the 70 constituencies in Delhi the people are now pressing the AAP to form the government and fulfil its promises, but known for its uncertainess one cannot be sure what the debutant party will ultimately decide.
