The apex court had granted bail to the Narendra Modi aide on the condition that he would not enter Gujarat.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear a CBI petition on Thursday to cancel the bail of former Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah, who is a prime accused in the Sohrabuddin Shaikh fake encounter case.
The apex court had granted bail to the Narendra Modi aide on the condition that he would not enter Gujarat.
Earlier, Shah was chargesheeted by the CBI in the Tulsi Prajapati fake encounter case.
Tulsi Prajapati was a close aide of Sohrabuddin Shaikh who was also killed in a fake encounter in November 2005. Tulsi was killed in December 2006 by the same set of cops who are presently behind bars for the killing of Sohrabuddin Shaikh and his wife Kauser Bi.
