We’ve seen several fusion food recipes in the past, some hurt our stomach but a few pass the tests. Recently, a video of a street vendor making Momos Burger went viral on social media and the Internet is in love.

Taking to Instagram, a food blogger posted a video that showcased a vendor explaining the process to make a tasty Momo Burger. First step, he toasted the burger buns on a pan, then added some masala (mixture of different spices), tandoori and normal mayonnaise to the buns, followed by some hot garlic sauce, tomato slices and chopped onions.
Then on one bun, he adds a burger patty and on the other bun the vendor adds three pieces of steamed momos which he topped with a handful of noodles, some white mayo and chilli sauce before serving it.
Soon after the video was posted on social media, several users swamped down the comments section and shared their reactions about the unique delicacy.
A user mentioned, “Kya baat hai…yummy..i already tried this.” Another wrote, “Woww it looks tempting.” A user commented, “Looks yummy.” While many users dropped red hearts and fire emoticons, some asked for the vendor’s location. The video has gathered 32,100 views on Instagram and 550 likes since the time it was uploaded.
Momos, a steamed filled dumpling, particularly from the Tibetian or Nepali cuisine is widely loved in India, especially in North. The street food is served with different fillings like Veg, Chicken, Mutton and Paneer in steamed or fried variations.
Previously also several brands experimented with momos by making fusion food like Momos Pizza which received mixed responses from the customers.
