Popular content creator Kili Paul recently arrived in India to attend a private wedding in Ahmedabad.

Social media sensation Kili Paul and his sister Neema Paul share a special fondness for India, clearly evident from their videos of lip-syncing and grooving to various Bollywood songs. Besides that, they are also spotted donning traditional Indian attire for their videos. While the Tanzanian siblings have clearly proved that music can transcend language barriers, capturing Indian hearts with their videos, Kili Paul is now finally in India. The social media influencer was spotted at the Ahmedabad airport on Friday morning, making heads turn with his surprise visit.

In a video shared by the paps on Instagram, Kili Paul can be seen arriving at the airport with his team and receiving a warm welcome with floral garlands. His fans also gathered around and clicked selfies with him, before the content creator left.

Kili was dressed in casual attire, donning a white t-shirt paired with a denim shirt and matching shorts. According to an ETimes report, Kili Paul has arrived in India to attend a private wedding, adding much to the anticipation surrounding his visit. He also shared a picture from the wedding venue with the groom and his team. “Gujarat here I am. Thanks for welcoming me,” he wrote.

Considering his special liking for Indian culture, Kili Paul’s arrival in India comes as a special moment for his fans, and many look forward to meeting him in person. On the other hand, his skills were also recognised by the Indian High Commission in Tanzania. Pictures of Kili Paul along with India’s High Commissioner, Binaya Pradhan, were also shared on social media. “Today had a special visitor at the @IndiainTanzania; famous Tanzanian artist Kili Paul has won millions of hearts in India for his videos lip-syncing to popular Indian film songs #IndiaTanzania,” the diplomat tweeted.

Recently, he also expressed his desire to visit the holy city of Ayodhya ahead of the grand Ram Mandir inauguration in January this year. In a video shared on his Instagram handle, Paul could be seen chanting the slogans Ram Siya Ram, Siya Ram, Jai Jai Ram.
