Pillai back in jail

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Congress supremo R Balakrishna Pillai, who was convicted in Idamalayar graft case by the Supreme Court, returned to Poojappura Central Prison after completing his parole term. Pillai had been out on parole citing medical reasons.Pillai had filed a remission petition before the Home Secretary seeking a reduction in his jail term of one year rigorous imprisonment on grounds of ill-health.
