The world has become witness to the ongoing political unrest in Bangladesh, which eventually forced Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to resign and flee the country. While the developments surfaced in the last few weeks after thousands took to the streets to protest against quotas for government jobs, it seems like an astrologer had predicted it months before. In a post shared on December 14, 2023, the astrologer named Prashanth Kini asked Sheikh Hasina to remain careful in the months of May, June, July and August 2024, claiming that she may face assassination attempts.
Fast forward to now, Kini re-shared his tweet on X and wrote, “I have Already predicted Sheikh Haseena will be in trouble in August 2024, Is she fleeing her country!!!!”

What Happened In Bangladesh?
After weeks of violent protests across the country, things got even more aggressive on Sunday, when many were killed during the clashes between security officials and the demonstrators, who called for the PM to step down. While police fired rubber bullets and tear gas at protestors, the crowd reiterated by attacking a police station.
Despite the curfew-like situation and police and military actions, the protesters continued marching on Monday. People even stormed her official residence, forcing the PM to resign and leave the country. According to reports, she has landed in India to take shelter.
Presently, the Bangladeshi military has taken over, while the army chief has proposed an interim government.
