US Man, 61, Claims He Reversed His Age By Eating Dinner At 3 PM
The man claimed he prefers to have dinner anywhere between 3 to 5 p.m. and his meals consist of organic, free-range chicken and a variety of fresh vegetables.

The pursuit of age reversal has been an enduring quest throughout human history, with individuals exploring a number of methods and remedies to defy the natural ageing process. From ancient civilizations employing natural ingredients and rituals to modern-day advancements in cosmetic procedures and biohacking, the desire to look and feel younger continues. Pursuing the same, now, a 61-year-old man from Michigan, US, named Dave Pascoe has been making headlines recently for his unique approach to health and longevity. Pascoe, who considers himself a biohacker, claims that he has managed to reverse his biological age to that of a 38-year-old through a strict regimen involving diet, exercise, and supplements.

According to Pascoe’s website, his daily routine is quite elaborate. He wakes up naturally before sunrise, spends a significant amount of time outdoors and follows a rigorous exercise program. Additionally, he adheres to a specific diet and takes an astonishing 158 supplements every day.

Pascoe’s ultimate goal is to achieve what he calls a health span equal to his lifespan. While he emphasises the importance of maintaining a routine, he also values flexibility, allowing for spontaneous activities.

His story has sparked interest in the growing biohacking phenomenon, where individuals experiment with various methods to optimise their health and potentially slow ageing.

In a conversation with The New York Post, Pascoe shared, “My ‘me time’ is extremely important to me, so I schedule for it, but I will not pass on an opportunity to spend quality time with others. As a single guy who lives alone, I’ll trade that workout, sauna session, or biohack for connected quality time every time. A single day of missing a few routines will not kill me.”

When it comes to his diet, Pascoe has some unconventional practices. He rarely eats lunch and instead prefers to have dinner anywhere from 3 to 5 p.m. His meals typically consist of organic, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, or wild-caught fish, along with a variety of fresh vegetables. He also regularly adds garlic, herbs, and sauerkraut to his meals.

Interestingly, Pascoe does not count calories. He believes that by limiting simple carbohydrates most of the time, he can eat as much as he likes without gaining weight and apparently without increasing his rate of ageing.

What Is Biohacking?
