Not just India but the world is looking forward to the momentous Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony in Ayodhya on January 22. Keeping this in mind, all preparations are being made to make the event a grand success. And Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who himself will be part of the event, has a special message for his cabinet colleagues.
Sources say the PM during the cabinet meeting held in the national capital last Friday said, “Ram Mandir building is a celebration of faith and sacrifice of crores and crores of Ram Bhakts. That is the message that needs to trickle down.”
While all the ministers are expected to be present in their respective constituencies with the Lok Sabha elections also not far away, they need to take adequate precautions to ensure that any controversy or controversial remarks are avoided, he is believed to have said.
“Nobody should get provoked by the comments made by the opposition. And do not get trapped in any such gimmick,” the Prime Minister conveyed to his colleagues, according to sources. This after several opposition leaders expressed fears about the breakout of communal clashes in the run-up to the much-awaited ceremony.
All roads lead to Ayodhya with the buildup to the ceremony to take place on January 22 in the presence of PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, and governor Anandiben Patel apart from others.
The organisers have sent close to 8,000 invitations for the grand ceremony, including to many celebrities like Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Chiranjeevi, Kangana Ranaut, Ranveer Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.
